Good morning everyone! I wanted to share with you all a simple and easy banana bread recipe we use pretty often (especially when our bananas turn brown) . It’s super versatile because you can throw in chocolate chips, nuts, or some blueberries on top like I did with one of our batches. The family decided they liked the blueberry version even better. I usually double or triple the recipe since our family is pretty big, and it goes fast!

Ingredients:

½ cup butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

3-4 bananas

1½ cups plain flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon or All Spice (to taste)

Instructions:

Cream together the butter and sugar.

Crush the bananas then add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix together well.

Sift together the flour and baking powder.

Add the dry ingredients to the banana's and mix well.

Pour into a greased loaf pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes

Enjoy! 😘
