Christmas Countdown!

I’m just over here soaking up these last few days before a Christmas! I was STRESSING out last night about trying to make everything “perfect” this year...which is one of the reasons I started this account. I’m desperately trying to stop with the perfectionism, the people pleasing, and the list of flaws goes on and on 😆. SO WHAT if the kids didn’t see Santa this year, or have a snowball fight, or make the perfect Christmas cookies?! Part of starting this account was to document our life, imperfections and all, and to truly and deeply stop 🛑 and take a moment to have gratitude! I stopped and snapped this picture of our tree and reminded myself that I may not live in a fancy custom built home with vaulted ceilings, but this is OUR home and I love it, and the people in it more than anything! And THAT is all that matters! I promised myself to just simply enjoy these next few days and I hope you all do too! 😘❤️
